WashKem® cleaning degreasing chemicals are a range of bespoke modern formulations that have been specifically designed for use across the engineering and manufacturing sectors. The diverse product range provides customers with solutions to suit nearly all applications from the cleaning of sensitive substrates through to intensive cleaning and carbon removal from steel castings. Elements within our formulations include high quality surfactant packages, to achieve increased levels of cleanliness, hard water management packages, to minimise calcium scale build up on machine internals, and corrosion inhibition packages to stop flash rusting following the cleaning/degreasing process, and providing a lengthy shelf life for components before progressing to their next stage.

Important Information: Any new chemical being introduced into a process should first be tested on scrap material to ascertain its compatibility to the application prior to full acceptance being granted.

Chemical Solution Strength Test Kits

WashKem® test kits are available for our aqueous products, they are quick and easy to use allowing operators to monitor and adjust tank solution strengths where necessary, adding valuable quality assurance to the process.

WashKem® products are despatched between 5-7 working days upon receipt of a valid purchase order (for account holders) or after payment is received (for non account holders). We ship to all parts of the UK, and export to Europe and the Rest of the World.

WashKem® products comply to all the latest REACH and COSHH regulations and are manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 management systems in the formulation and blending of cleaning, disinfection and surface preparation chemicals.

Certificates of conformity can be supplied on request to adhere to process requirements, accountability and quality assurance.

Our experience and knowledge gained working within the industry allows us to offer valuable advice in choosing the right chemical for a specific process along with providing the necessary support and back up once the chemical is in use.

Chemical training is offered for handling, storage, dosing and solution strength testing.
